Baby and Me Yoga in Sudbury!

Come join Om Births TM teachers for a one hour workshop on how to practice yoga for your self while still involving baby. We will focus on:
Relieving neck and shoulder tension
Strengthening core support
Rediscovering your own practice, and how to make simple activities like caring for your little one opportunities to practice
Ways to interact and connect with Baby and yourself
This workshop is a single session of the popular Om Births TM Baby and Me program in Watertown. Moms are welcome as soon as you are cleared for exercise post-birth (usually 4-6 weeks postpartum). Partner's are welcome also! Babies may come until they are actively crawling at which time they become a concern to both Mom and the other yoginis in the room. During the workshop babies are also allowed to do whatever they would do at home. Expect to spend a portion of the time feeding or diapering your baby, and for babies to be making noise. The teacher will work with whatever you need.
