Bec facilitates a wonderful community of expectant and new moms. She is one of the most skilled teachers I've seen, providing a supportive environment for us to share our thoughts and concerns, take care of ourselves, and feel strong and vibrant.

Meet Founder, Bec Conant

Doula, Childbirth Educator, Mom

The birth was one day, and then you have a baby!

Bec has been teaching and supporting new moms for nearly as long as pregnant ones. She expertly combines mindful awareness with the mundane reality of the parenting experience. Far from a focus solely on strength or stretching, Bec focuses on helping moms become comfortable with the uncertainty that motherhood inevitably brings. To relax within the imperfect circumstances, allowing for more enjoyment and connection with both baby and themselves.

Your connection to others depends on connection to yourself

The benefits of Ab Rehab

We often hear about regaining core strength after pregnancy, but more than 60% of women emerge from pregnancy with an injury known as Diastasis Recti. Even if we escaped this separation of the surface abdominals, many core exercises fail to develop the deep strength needed to truly support the spine and pelvic center throughout our lives. It is actually possible to emerge from pregnancy and the immediate postpartum period stronger and better integrated than before, and more able to manage subsequent pregnancies should we choose to. The main benefits Ab Rehab are:

  • How to functionally integrate deep tranvserse abdominal work with pelvic floor for lifelong organ and back support

  • How to know when you are ready to move to higher challenge exercises, and how to do so safely

  • Progressive strength development leading to a safe a full return to running, jumping, and full vinyasa yoga practice

  • Personal empowerment and mental clarity as we regain our physical and energetic center!

Baby & Me Yoga Classes for New Parents

This practice is the best way for me to regain strength and muscle tone after pregnancy and birth. Baby loves it and I get to connect with other new Moms - everybody wins!

What do you need?

Support. Breathe. Rest. Connection.

Motherhood is a practice of the miraculous in the mundane.
We don’t leave to find Nirvana.
We stay, and discover that enlightenment was actually right here all along.
